Mrs. K Tutoring, located in Denton, Texas, exists to assist learners who struggle with reading, spelling, and handwriting. Professional one-on-one tutoring is provided using the Barton Reading & Spelling system, a multi-sensory, explicit, and systematic phonics program influenced by Orton-Gillingham. The Barton Reading & Spelling System has been independently researched and qualifies as “best practice” for teaching those with dyslexia.
Tutoring is available for ages 5 and up.
Dyslexia consultation for parents and educators as well as screening for dyslexia is also available.
